West Coast Pale Ale
While traveling on the West Coast of the US, I absolutely fell in love with the hoppy pale ales that they are brewing in cities like San Diego, San Fran and Seattle. So, I immediately got to work on my interpretation of this Style. We use Canadian two row barley and a very liberal helping of Chinook hops. Hope you enjoy.

Cranberry Maple Wheat
A seasonal favourite. As soon as the sap is running. We brew this fruity light tribute to spring. But because it's so darn tasty we try to keep it going right through the summer and wrap it up in time to enjoy your last bottle of the year with your Thanksgiving dinner. In Stock

The Lactese Falcon & Grains of Wrath
We only do one brew of each Ale and hand bottle it into Dinner Bottles...so they tend move quickly folks.
Our two previous in this series, Catch her in the Rye (a rye and caraway Ale) and Riders of the Purple Loosestrife (a honey mead), sold out in just weeks.
The Lactese Falcon is a Flanders Sour Brown Ale This medium-bodied deep brown ale is characterized by a slight to strong lactic sourness. A fruity-estery character is apparent with no hop flavor or aroma. Flanders brown ales have low bitterness. Roasted malt character in aroma and flavor .
Grains of Wrath, is a double IPA style, 8%alc./vol its big malt, big hops. Dark Golden colour. Made by the request of a good cuctomer and Friend in Toronto. Its dedicated to King Ralph.
